Parking garages today are exposed to harsh environmental conditions and are subject to cracking, corrosion, joint failure, leakage and spalling damage due to these conditions.
O'Donnell & Naccarato's structural engineers and architects have been designing parking garages for more than 50 years, and during that time we have become experts not only in designing new structures, but also in determining the causes of the problems affecting garages currently in service.
We work with owners to develop and implement corrective action and ongoing maintenance programs to extend the functional life of these structures.
