Non-Medical Chemical Biological Defense Facility
Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
A new three-story, 75,000 SF Non-Medical Chemical & Biological Defense Facility at Aberdeen Proving Grounds to accommodate 360 employees when complete. The Facility is part of the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) initiative, which will provide administrative support areas for military and civilian personnel from three bases in Texas and Virginia. State-of-the-art Department of Defense Anti-Terrorism Standards are incorporated into the design, which is pursuing for LEED Silver Certification.

Robert Wood Johnson Univeristy Hospital
New Brunswick, NJ
Complete restoration of a 160,000 SF, three-level parking garage. O&N provided emergency services for the stabilization of structural components prior to performing a comprehensive review of the garage including materials testing, structural analysis, visual review and sounding of each structural element to determine repair strategies. Repairs are in progress and being phased over four years. Anticipated completion date is November 2012.

Performed an existing condition survey and provided a comprehensive letter report detailing prioritized repair recommendations and an engineering opinion of cost and phased construction documentation for bidding.

Market Street East Garage Improvements
Philadelphia, PA
Restoration of parking garage and offices including waterproofing and structural items and replacement of elevators. The exterior façade of the parking garage was painted with a waterproofing coating to protect the concrete from extreme weather conditions as well as ultraviolet radiation, dirt, mildew and pollution, thus extending the life of the structure. |

Springfield Mall Parking Deck
Springfield, PA
Reviewed the existing conditions of the deck including all columns, beams, and metal decking from the ground level leading to a letter report summarizing of our findings including current conditions and prioritization and recommendations for repair. O&N also provided the design and documentation of repairs required to restore the deck, per the report and developed a two phase repair strategy to be implemented in 2010 and 2011. |

Since that time the firm has designed more than 10 million SF of projects utilizing the software and has been ‘virtual modeling’ 100 percent of its projects since January 1, 2009.
