O’Donnell & Naccarato Welcomes Liam McNamara, For The Second Time
In 2012, when then O’Donnell & Naccarato Project Designer Liam McNamara relocated from Philadelphia to New York City, his friends at O&N wished him the best of luck, but were sad to see him go. Liam made an impression during his tenure at O’Donnell & Naccarato, contributing to several significant projects in the Philadelphia region now coming to realization, including the 54-story W/Element Hotel, the 28-story 1919 Market Street mixed-use residential tower, and the 155,000 SF King of Prussia Mall Court and Plaza Connector. While O&N had been active in New York, Northern New Jersey, and Connecticut since the 80s, at the time of Liam’s departure the firm had not yet established its Mountainside, NJ office.
As O’Donnell & Naccarato’s North Jersey location continues to expand, Liam returns as a Project Coordinator. His role is to aid Paul Panzarino, PE, Principal-In-Charge of O&N’s Mountainside office, in the management of NYC Metro area projects. With demand as it is, Liam is diving headfirst into several ongoing projects, including the 37-story 75 Park Lane South mixed-use condominium tower in Jersey City, and the 14-story Pier 6 mixed-use residential tower in Brooklyn, NY.
“Liam’s a real asset to the firm’s NYC area operations. He’s come back to O&N with hands-on knowledge of how the construction industry functions in New York, and since he was trained at O’Donnell & Naccarato he employs the firm’s unique approach to structural design.”
