O’Donnell & Naccarato Promotes Ryan Rotzell to Project Executive
O’Donnell & Naccarato is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Ryan T. Rotzell, PE to Project Executive. Mr. Rotzell has more than twelve years experience as a structural engineer, the last nine working as a Project Manager in O’Donnell & Naccarato’s Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania office. In his prior role as a project manager, Mr. Rotzell maintained client communications, coordinated with internal and external team members, and oversaw the completion of the project deliverables. Mr. Rotzell’s new role will add financial, system selection and quality control responsibilities to each project, as well as maintaining existing and developing new client relationships.
Mr. Rotzell managed the structural design of the renovation and expansion of the Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest Campus. The comprehensive, LEED-certified project included the design of the Kasych Family Pavilion, a 7-story, 340,000 SF, 182-bed patient tower, the Center for Advanced Health Care, a 4-story, 132,000 SF, medical office building, and two 500-car parking decks. In addition, Mr. Rotzell has worked on notable projects such as the Boys and Girls Club of Easton, the Homes at Neston Heights, the Lifestyle Center at the Lehigh Valley Mall, and the Butz Corporate Center in Allentown, PA (Pictured Below).
Mr. Rotzell studied at The Pennsylvania State University where he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architectural Engineering. Mr. Rotzell is registered as a Professional Engineer in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the ACE Mentor Program of America, and the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. Mr. Rotzell and his family are lifelong residents of the Lehigh Valley.
