Nick Cinalli, PE, SECB

Nick Cinalli earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University in 1975, after which he joined Greenberg, O’Donnell & Naccarato as a Design Engineer. Nick was promoted to Project Executive in 1981, the same year the firm was renamed O’Donnell & Naccarato. With successive promotions, he became Director of Construction Management in 1984, Executive Vice President in 1991, and Partner in 1998. From 2003-2013, he served as President and CEO. During his tenure he led the company through an ESOP transition to reorganize O’Donnell & Naccarato as an Employee-Owned firm. His leadership during the worst recession since the Great Depression left O’Donnell & Naccarato well positioned for future growth. Today, Nick remains an active member of O’Donnell & Naccarato’s board of directors.
