William F. O’Donnell, PE

Founder (retired)

William O’Donnell earned his degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University in 1965, after which he became a design engineer for Day & Zimmerman in Philadelphia. A member of the United States Army, in 1966 Bill was stationed in Seoul, Korea where he served as Headquarters Engineer for the Second Engineer Group. Upon his return to the States, he joined Certain-Teed Inc as a Marketing Engineer. In 1969, Mr. O’Donnell was made a Principal of Greenberg, O’Donnell & Naccarato, which became O’Donnell & Naccarato in 1981.
