Location: Philadelphia, PA
Architects: Mark Thompson; Voith & Mactavish Architects

O'Donnell & Naccarato provided structural engineering services for major additions and renovations to Chestnut Hill College, a historic and architecturally significant Catholic institution founded by the Sisters of St. Joseph in 1847.

Our role on the project included structural design for the new 2-story, 35,000 SF Barbara D'lorio Martino Hall, a state-of-the-art Information Technology center, and the Ann Rusnack Sorgenti Arena, a multi-purpose hall used for athletics, convocations, music recitals, and worship. O'Donnell & Naccarato also provided structural engineering services for various campus upgrades including the expansion and/or joining of academic classrooms, arts facilities, athletics spaces, library, dining hall, and dormitories, as well as the design of 2 new multi-story mechanical equipment rooms.
