Temple University has relied upon O’Donnell & Naccarato’s expertise for its existing facilities on over 165 projects that span over 20 years. O’Donnell And Naccarato have assisted Temple University with façade inspections in accordance with the City of Philadelphia, designed repairs, assisted with on-call emergency conditions, and performed construction administration services. Our partnership has extended to over 25 buildings and garages. These buildings range from historic religious stone masonry structures to contemporary precast concrete parking garages and glass curtain walls. We continue to work with the University to assist them to maintain their facilities while limiting inconveniences to students and staff. Our familiarity with the campus and the surrounding neighborhoods allows us to provide top tier engineering services to aid in keeping the University a first-rate institution in the City of Philadelphia. In addition to the main campus, we provided these same services to the Health Campus.
