Matthew Mowrer, PE Joins O’Donnell & Naccarato’s Restoration Team
Senior Project Manager Matthew Mowrer, PE is the latest addition to O’Donnell & Naccarato’s growing building and garage restoration department. Matt brings leadership skills and more than 10 years’ experience in the A/E/C industry to his new position. Since earning his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University in 2005, Matt’s made a name for himself in the Philadelphia construction community. He currently serves as President of the International Concrete Repair Institute’s Delaware Valley Chapter, and is a member of ASTM’s E06 Committee. Recently Matt was named the “2016 Young Engineer of the Year” by the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers Delaware County Chapter. He has applied his expertise to a diverse range of repair and restoration projects for clients such as The University of Pennsylvania, Bryn Mawr College, Harvard University, and Pennsylvania Power and Light (PPL).
Matthew joins O’Donnell & Naccarato’s restoration department during a time of expansion and reinvestment. The summer months saw the arrival of a new Director of Restoration, as well as SPRAT Rope Access training for four of the firm’s experienced engineers. Matt’s hands-on knowledge of restoration and the Philadelphia Facade Inspection Ordinance makes him an asset to architects, building owners, and facility managers in Philadelphia and beyond.
