O’Donnell & Naccarato Promotes Michael Herrmann to Principal
PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (January 29, 2015) – O’Donnell & Naccarato, the Philadelphia-headquartered consulting structural engineering firm, announced the promotion of Senior Project Executive Michael E. Herrmann, PE to Principal. Michael brings his strengths in management and client development to the role, qualities honed by more than two decades of experience as a structural engineer. Michael will continue to manage key projects and support business development efforts for the firm in his new position among O’Donnell & Naccarato’s senior leadership.

Since joining the firm in the dawn of his career, Michael has been involved in the execution and management of a volume of O’Donnell & Naccarato projects across the healthcare, education, retail, office and residential sectors, including most notably: the Capital Health Replacement Hospital in Hopewell, N.J.; the King of Prussia Mall expansions in King of Prussia, Pa.; Lower Merion High School in Ardmore, Pa.; Peconic Landing Retirement Community in Greenport, N.Y.; Genesis HealthCare Corporate Headquarters in Kennett Square, Pa.; and the Episcopal Academy Campus in Newtown Square, Pa.

Michael joined O’Donnell & Naccarato as a summer intern in 1992. The following year, he was hired as a Project Designer after receiving his Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Tulane University. Michael maintains licensure as a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the Society for College and University Planning, and the Healthcare Leadership Network of the Delaware Valley.
