O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural engineering services for the rehabilitation of the 3-level garage following a condition assessment of the existing 108,000 SF cast-in-place post-tensioned above-grade structure. The rehabilitation consisted of cast-in-place full depth slab replacement, replacement of broken post-tensioned cables, replacement of a damaged vehicular barrier restraint system, vertical concrete wall and column repairs, overhead concrete beam and joist repairs, and application of a traffic bearing waterproof membrane system to extend the service life of the garage.
