Equus Capital Partners Corporate Headquarters

Newtown Square, PA

O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural design of the 42,000 SF office building that utilizes more than 36,000 SF of reclaimed wood in flooring, stairways treads, conference and lunch tables, doors, and interior partitions. The signature roof structure was designed with heavy timber trusses and exposed wood roof decking.
