One Liberty Place

Location: Philadelphia, PA

The 945-foot icon of the Philadelphia skyline, One Liberty Place, reigned as the tallest building in the city for two decades until the Comcast Center was completed in 2007. At the behest of One Liberty’s proactive management, O’Donnell & Naccarato carried out a comprehensive, facade ordinance-compliant, rope access investigation of the 61-story skyscraper. One Liberty’s 58-story sister Tower, Two Liberty Place, was also inspected by O&N’s facade engineering team.
