O'Donnell & Naccarato provided structural engineering services for the Busch, Engineering, Science and Technology (B.E.S.T) Hall, Rutgers University's new, 501-bed, 150,000 SF student housing facility in New Brunswick, NJ. The complex utilizes the Girder-Slab System and consists of 3, 4-story residential buildings and a dedicated energy plant. In addition to student rooms, B.E.S.T. Hall includes a computer lab that can morph into a classroom, common spaces, a multi-purpose room, a central laundry, and a large lounge.
