O’Donnell & Naccarato, Inc. employs cooperative education students from various universities. Our co-op program gives us the opportunity to aid in the development of future engineering professionals. We challenge the students by providing them with a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities. O&N offers our co-op program to structural, civil, and construction management engineering students. We are very fortunate that several of our co-op students have returned to O&N as full-time employees upon completion of their studies.
