O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural engineering services for the 18-story, waterfront office/garage tower operating as the headquarters of three separate entities jointly engaged in the property’s development. The structure is comprised of a 7-level, 794-space precast concrete parking garage situated below nine steel-framed office floors and an amenities level with an outdoor piazza able to host up to 1,000 people. The structural design also includes a roof-top helipad. O&N also provided parking consultation services consisting of functional design and PARCS design.
