Jefferson Health Professions Academic Building

Philadelphia, PA

O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural design of the 11-story, 86,000 SF medical office building, which replaced a vacant 2-story building formerly on-site. The upper 6 stories cantilever out 12 feet over the adjacent clinical office building, and a truss-framed connector element cantilevers out 16 feet over a street below providing a 10-story link to an adjacent Jefferson building.
