Milly on Green

8-story, 150,000 SF LEED Gold-certified residential tower located on a former Goodyear Tire site in Philadelphia. The mixed-use building includes 108 residential units—primarily 2- and 3-bedrooms—11,000 SF of ground-floor commercial space, 31 parking spaces, and 50 bicycle spots.

The structure features girder-slab framing for the residential levels and composite steel framing at the ground floor. Sustainable design elements include a green roof and energy-efficient MEP systems. The project also includes an 8,360 SF ninth floor with an outdoor roof terrace, with mechanical equipment located on the green roof above.
