The Shops at Riverside Renovation

O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural design for the 248,000 SF expansion to the existing Shops at Riverside Mall. The project includes conversion of the existing Saks into a cinema and dining complex, a new elevator and monumental stair, a 6,500 SF mezzanine addition, and six new bridges and dining areas that frame between the retail building and garage.
