UPMC Memorial Replacement Hospital

O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural design of the 5-story, 250,000 SF replacement hospital, as well as a standalone, 9,000 SF central utility plant. The 110-bed facility is a full-service hospital including emergency, critical care, diagnostic imaging, general surgery, maternity, pharmacy, and general inpatient care services. The condensed design schedule included early structural release packages, which were completed within 11 weeks following schematic design.
